‘GINGER’ NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named "Ginger" as its Pet of the Week.

Ginger is a wire-haired terrier with possibly some hound mixed in.  She and her brother, Beau, came to the shelter together, and Brenham Animal Services staff say they are a tightly knit pair who loves to run around and play.

Staff say Ginger is spayed and vaccinated, and gets along well with kids and other dogs.  They say while Ginger can be adopted separately, she and Beau would do great together.

Potential pet adopters or fosters can visit www.petfinder.com to see the shelter’s available pets.  They can make an appointment to meet a pet by calling 979-337-7351 or by visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.  The shelter is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
