PUBLIC INVITED TO BRENHAM CUB BAND PERFORMANCES THROUGHOUT APRIL
Thursday begins a busy month of concerts and performances for the Brenham Cub Band.
The band kicks off the month of April with a high school percussion ensemble concert Thursday at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
On Tuesday, April 6th, the junior high and high school bands will play their UIL programs at a pre-UIL concert at 6 p.m. at the high school auditorium.
The junior high school band will perform its UIL concert and sight reading contest on Tuesday, April 13th in the high school auditorium, with the concert band performing at 9 a.m. and the symphonic band playing at 3:45 p.m. The bands will perform their programs and then immediately sight read on stage.
The high school band will follow up on Wednesday, April 14th with its UIL concert and sight reading contest, also at the high school auditorium. The concert band will play at 9 a.m., and the symphonic band will perform at 2 p.m. Like the junior high bands, the high school bands will play their programs and then sight read on stage.
The Brenham Cub Band will round out the month of performances on Thursday, April 15th with the middle school and junior high percussion ensemble concert at 6 p.m. at the junior high school band hall.
Each of the performances are free for the public to watch or attend.
