UNITY THEATRE CANCELS REMAINING ‘BEN BUTLER’ SHOWS

Unity Theatre in Brenham has cancelled the remaining performances of Ben Butler.

According to Unity Theatre General Manager Lisa Thomas, the production has been cancelled after the sudden loss of a cast member’s wife.

The theatre said in a release that “a dear friend, and actor in the show, has experienced an unimaginable loss, and we send him all of our love and support.”

The Box Office is contacting everyone who had reservations for the show.  The theatre says anyone who had tickets for this weekend should have received a call, but if not, they are encouraged to call 979-830-8358.  Those with tickets for the weekend of May 13-16 should be contacted shortly.
