OBSERVANCE FOR FALLEN PEACE OFFICERS FRIDAY IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM
The public is invited on Friday to a memorial observance in downtown Brenham in honor of fallen peace officers.
The Washington County Peace Officers Association will host the observance at 10 a.m. on the north side of the Washington County Courthouse square.
The brief service will open with a prayer, followed by the reading of the names of officers killed in the line of duty. The event will conclude with the playing of “Taps” and a wreath presentation.
