BLEIBLERVILLE VFD FISH FRY FUNDRAISER SUNDAY
The Bleiblerville Volunteer Fire Department will host its 20th Annual Fish Fry this weekend.
Plates of catfish, hush puppies, potato salad, slaw and tartar sauce will be sold dine-in or carry-out on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bleiblerville Fire Station at 3342 FM 2502. Fish will also be sold by the pound from 9 to 10 a.m.
An auction will be held at 1 p.m., and prizes for a drawing will be awarded after the auction.
Fish plates are $15 for adults, $5 for children 6-12. Children under 6 eat for free. Fish to go will be sold for $10 per pound. Desserts will also be available.
Proceeds from the event will help the fire department purchase new firefighting equipment.
