BRENHAM POLICE ARREST LOCAL MAN ON WARRANT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man has been taken into custody after a disturbance call, Sunday evening.
Just before 7:00 p.m., police were dispatched to 200 Block of Us Highway 290 West in reference to a mental Health call.
Upon arrival, 20-year-old Zachary Gutierrez of Brenham was shown to have a Felony Warrant from Harris county for Assaulting a Peace Officer.
Gutierrez was then placed into custody and transported to the Washington County jail for booking.
