BLUEBONNET ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE AWARDS $150,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO 2021 GRADUATES
Several local high school students are among the 60 seniors receiving a $2,500 scholarship from Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative.
Bluebonnet has awarded $150,000 in scholarships to 60 graduates. Approximately 35 of those students are pursuing bachelor’s degrees, and the other 25 are pursuing trade and technical certificates or associate degrees in a vocational field.
Among this year’s academic scholarship recipients are:
- Brenham High School: Clayton Boeker, Kirbie Faour, Jenna Hardy, MacKenzie Maurer-McMillan,
- Burton High School: Charles Smith
- Bellville High School: Daelyn Warmke
- Faith Academy in Bellville: Tyler Johnston
- Caldwell High School: Caylee Hermes, Paige Odenbach, John Suehs
- Giddings High School: Raina Allee, Sarah Allen, Kailey Burgdorf, Avanly Nietsche
- La Grange High School: Shelby Hofferek
- Snook High School: Riley Green

- Burton High School: Stephen McGee
- Caldwell High School: Shelia Budnik
- Dime Box High School: Bradley Lehmann
- Giddings High School: Gracie Aguilar, Emily Gruetzner, Kayla Michalk
- Snook High School: Ma’Darius Hamilton, Kyleigh Hruska
