COMMUNITY CORNER TO DISCUSS TEXAS PLAYBOYS AT BARNHILL CENTER, SHELBY VFD FUNDRAISER
The return of live entertainment to The Barnhill Center in downtown Brenham and a fundraiser for an area fire department will be this week’s topics of discussion for the KWHI Community Corner.
Barry Brass, emcee for The Barnhill Center, will talk with KWHI tomorrow (Tuesday) morning about the performance of Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys, set for Friday night at 7 p.m.
Shelby Volunteer Fire Department Treasurer Alyssa Schovajsa will also be a guest, talking about the department’s 63rd Annual Fundraiser on Sunday at Harmonie Hall in Shelby.
