BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER EARLY-MORNING POLICE CALL

A Brenham woman was taken into police custody after an early morning call.
Friday morning, just after 4:30, officers responded to the 1600 Block of Lauraine Street in reference to a female subject banging on the door.
Communications notified officers that they could hear glass breaking.
Police made contact with 25-year-old Marina Janelle Najera, who had reportedly made unlawful entry into the residence.
Najera, was taken into custody for Burglary of a Habitation and an outstanding Brenham Municipal Warrant. She was transported to the Washington County Jail.
