HOUSTON MAN CHARGED WITH RECKLESS DRIVING IN BRENHAM

  

A Houston man was arrested after Brenham police say he was driving recklessly.

Sunday, just after 9 a.m., officers reported seeing a white passenger car and white truck traveling in an unsafe and reckless manner on Highway 290.

After stopping both vehicles involved, investigation revealed that the driver of the passenger car, 38-year-old John Moore, was operating his vehicle in a reckless manner.

Moore was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was released to jail staff.  He was charged with Reckless Driving, a Class B misdemeanor.

Police did not indicate whether the driver of the truck was also arrested.
