PETS AVAILABLE THROUGH BRENHAM PET ADOPTION CENTER’S HOME TO HOME PROGRAM

  

Pets are available for adoption through the Brenham Pet Adoption Center’s Home to Home program.

The program gives people who can no longer keep their pets the opportunity to find new homes for their pets without having to drop them off at the animal shelter.  Currently, the dog kennels for the Brenham Pet Adoption Center are at capacity.

Some of the pets available include a pair of female mixed breed puppies that are about 10-12 weeks old.  Brenham Animal Services staff say the two have been treated for fleas and are dewormed.  They also have good appetites and are socialized.  Anyone interested in the puppies can reach out to the current owner by sending a message at https://bpac.home-home.org.

The shelter asks that pet owners make sure their pets stay at home and are wearing ID in the event they get out.

Those seeking to adopt a pet through the Home to Home program can email animalservices@cityofbrenham.org.  The shelter can currently assist with sterilization and vaccination costs for pets through a grant from Petco Love.
