BRENHAM ANIMAL SERVICES HOSTING ADOPTION EVENT SATURDAY

Families looking for a new fur-ever friend are invited tomorrow (Saturday) to Brenham Animal Services’ “Let Freedom Ring” adoption event.
Adoption fees will be waived for pets at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center and Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
At the start of July, the shelter had 90 animals, 70 of which came in over the previous month. The shelter’s population averaged around 45 animals at the beginning of the year.
