‘DISNEY’ NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Disney” as its Pet of the Week.

Disney is a spayed female German Shepherd.  Found as a stray, she had a litter of pups the day before entering the shelter.  All of Disney’s pups have been adopted, and she is now seeking a home of her own.

Brenham Animal Services says they are learning more about Disney now that she has weaned her pups, and that she is proving to be a very nice dog.

Anyone interested in a new companion can visit www.petfinder.com to see pets that are available to adopt or foster.  Appointments to meet a pet can be made by calling 979-337-7351, or by visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.  The shelter is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
