LOCAL TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO WARRANT ARREST

A Brenham traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Houston man on an outstanding warrant.
Just before 9:00 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle in near the 2400 block of US 290 East.
The driver, 21-year-old Christopher Rodriguez of Houston was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
