BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED ON WARRANTS
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham woman has been arrested by local police on outstanding warrants.
Thursday, just after 4:00 p.m., members of the Brenham Crime Reduction Unit were at the intersection of State Highway 36 South and FM 1948, when they observed 27-year-old Megan Gandy.
CRU officers detained Gandy and informed her of her outstanding warrants for felony Indictments for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Gandy was arrested without incident and transported to the Washington County Jail.
