FOUR PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Four people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell in District Court this week.

James David Kincheloe, 56 of Bertram, Texas was sentenced to 7 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated with 3 or more offences. Kincheloe was arrested by Brenham Police in July after a traffic accident on South Chappell Hill Street.
Brandon Jerome Patterson, 31 of Burton, was sentenced to two years in prison for 3 counts of Theft of Property and one count of Failure of a Sex Offender to Register.
Kevin Lee Bunch, 29 of Luling, was sentenced to 456 days in state jail for Forgery of a Financial Instrument. He was also ordered to pay $1729. in restitution.
Hannah Elisabeth Johnson, 28 of Austin, was sentenced to 18 months’ probation for Possession of Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, pay $180 in restitution, and perform 200 hours community service.
