INN AT DOS BRISAS CLOSES ITS DOORS

  

A long time high end resort and five star restaurant in Washington County has shut down.  The Inn at Dos Brisas near Chappell Hill is now closed and is up for sale.  A notice on their website reads “After 17 years in operation, we have decided to close our Inn to guests, and place the property for sale.”

According to tax records, The Inn at Dos Brisas was the leading contributor in the county to the hotel occupancy tax.  In 2019, they contributed over $103,000 to the tax but that fell to around $60,000 in 2020.
