FOUR ARRESTED BY BRENHAM POLICE SUNDAY

Four people were arrested Sunday in separate incidents by Brenham Police.

At 8:45 AM, Brenham Police Department officers responded to 1100 block of East Main Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered one of the persons involved to have an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for criminal mischief.  The subject, Akia Hampton; a 25 year old male of Austin, was taken into to custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

At 2:00 PM, Brenham Police Officer Crystal Buckner stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of North Park Street for a traffic violation. The driver; George Garlesky, a 26 year old male of Bryan, was discovered to have two outstanding warrants; False statement to law enforcement out of Brazos County Court of Law and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility out of City of Brenham. He was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

At 6:30 PM, Brenham Police Department officers responded to the 2500 block of South Day Street in reference to a subject entering property without permission. The subject had previously been issued a criminal trespass warning for the premises. Upon arrival, officers located the subject; Donald Buss Jr., a 61 year old male of Brenham, and he was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass.

At 6:50 PM, Brenham Police Department responded to a business located in the 200 block of South Blue Bell Road in reference to a disturbance.  A subject involved was located and discovered to be in possession of narcotics. Gerardo Roque Zamora, a 31 year old male of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
