10TH ANNUAL OKTOBIERFEST SATURDAY IN ROUND TOP
The Round Top Rifle Association’s 10th Annual OktoBierFest is on tap for this Saturday.
Activities at the Round Top Rifle Hall at 710 FM 1457 will begin at 11 a.m., featuring authentic German food, bier and entertainment.
Smoked pork chops, bratwurst, sauerkraut, German potatoes, radish salad, potato soup and pretzels will be served starting at 11 a.m. Tapping of the ceremonial keg is at noon.
Music will play throughout the day, including performances from the Round Top Brass Band, Auf Geht’s and Enzian Baum. Guests can also look forward to the bier stein holding contest and the return of the bier drinking machine.
