ONE PERSON ARRESTED TUESDAY AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

One person was arrested by the Brenham Police Department Tuesday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that on Tuesday morning at 8:05 AM, Officer Grayson Marburger initiated a traffic stop in the 2800 Block of Highway 290 East for an equipment violation. Upon further investigation the driver, Nathan Wesson, 21 of Pflugerville was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful carrying of a weapon. Wesson was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
