ONE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

One person was arrested Wednesday morning after a traffic stop.
At 10:40 AM, Patrol Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of FM. 389, due to an equipment violation. During the traffic stop, the driver admitted to being in possession of narcotics. Suspect Phillip Toliver, 20 of Brenham was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds and Unlawful Carrying Weapon.
