EARLY VOTING CONCLUDES FRIDAY
Today (Friday) is the last day of early voting for the constitutional amendment election and Burton ISD bond election.
According to Washington County Election Administrator Carol Jackson, 152 people voted in the constitutional amendment election on Thursday. There have been 1,040 early voters thus far.
The Washington County Courthouse Annex will be open for one final day of early voting today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The last day of extended early voting hours in Burton on Thursday drew 53 voters for the bond election, bringing the total of early voters to 419.
Early voting at the Burton High School auditorium concludes today with hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
