PORTION OF SOUTH AUSTIN STREET TO BE CLOSED MONDAY
A section of South Austin Street in Brenham will be closed Monday for manhole repairs.
The City of Brenham is partnering with Legacy Concrete to make repairs to a damaged sanitary sewer manhole at the intersection of South Austin and West Commerce Streets.
The portion of South Austin Street that will be affected by the closure is from West Commerce Street to West Alamo Street.
The road closure will last from 7 a.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Work zones and traffic control will be present where work is taking place to detour drivers.
