BRENHAM POLICE MAKE TWO WARRANT ARRESTS FRIDAY
The Brenham Police Department made warrant arrests on 2 people in separate incidents Friday.
Friday, Officer Guerra also responded to 1002 West First Street in reference to a burglary. Clifton Burns III, 21 of Brenham, was placed in custody for active warrant out of Washington County for Theft of Property between $750 and $2,500 and Failure to ID a Fugitive or Give False Information. He was Transported to Washington County jail and booked in.
Also Friday, at 4:25 PM, Officer Grayson Marburger was dispatched to the 800 block of Crockett Street in reference to a Criminal Trespass. Upon further investigation Billy Davis 42 of Brenham was taken into custody for two warrants: Bond Surrender out of Washington County and Driving While License Invalid out of Brenham Municipal Court, along with possession of marijuana between 2 and 4 oz. Davis was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
