ONE ARRESTED BY BRENHAM POLICE SATURDAY

  

An attempt by Brenham Police to assist a motorist Saturday led to a marijuana arrest.

On Saturday, at 12:40 PM, Corporal Jimmy Ha responded to the intersection of State Highway 105 and North Bluebell Road in reference to a Motorist Assist.  The passenger of the vehicle exited the vehicle and began walking away.  Officer Grayson Marburger was able to locate the passenger of the vehicle that had initially walked away.  The passenger was later identified as Ralph Eddie Kallie II.  Officer Marburger searched his person due to having probable cause. Ralph Kallie II was placed into custody for Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.
