TWO ARRESTED LAST WEEK AFTER DISTURBANCE CALLS

  

Disturbance calls led to the arrest of two people by Brenham Police last week.

On Wednesday, at 11:25 PM, Cpl. Jose Perez was dispatched to the 400 block of Lee Street in reference to a physical disturbance. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that the suspect, Nicholas Powell, 23 of Brenham, assaulted the victim. Powell was placed in custody for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.

Then on Friday, Officer Armando Guerra responded to 812 Pleasantview Ave in reference to a disturbance. Roman Palomarez, 52 of Brenham, was placed in custody for Criminal Trespassing and booked in at Washington County Jail.
