LOCAL REAL ESTATE AGENT TAKING NATIONAL POSITION

  

A local real estate agent with be taking on a new national position.  Cathy Cole will be assuming the position as national sales manager for Compass Ranch + Land.  The division is dedicated to providing increased support to the growing number of Compass agents from across the country who specialize in the ranch and land real estate market.

Cole commented “After three decades specializing in ranch and land real estate, I’m excited to continue the next chapter of my career with Compass.”   The division will provide specialized services to homebuyers and home sellers looking to purchase farms, ranches and other expansive plots of land, including comprehensive listing strategies, targeted buyer mapping, detailed market insights, digital, social and print media offerings.

Prior to Compass, Cole spent more than 30 years selling some of the nation’s most expensive farms and ranches, with her earning multiple awards and designations from the Houston Association of Realtors, South Central Board of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
