FAYETTEVILLE BANK MAKES A $1,000 DONATION TO FAYETTE COUNTY CRIME STOPPERS

The Fayetteville Bank became the latest financial institution to make a donation to help fight crime in Fayette County.
Sheriff Keith Korenek announced that the Fayetteville Bank has made a $1,000 donation to the Fayette County Crime Stoppers.
The non-profit organization was started in 1983 at the suggestion of Judge Dan R. Beck.
The monetary donations are used for the rewards paid out to citizens whose tips lead to the arrest of people who commit crimes in Fayette County.
Last month, the Fayette County Crime Stoppers received similar donations from the Carmine State Bank and the Round Top State Bank.
Tips can be reported to Fayette County Crime Stoppers by calling 979-968-8477 (T-I-P-S).
