TWO ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP WEDNESDAY

  

Two people were arrested Wednesday evening after a traffic stop in Brenham.

Brenham Police report that at 7:55 PM, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of FM 389 and Highway 290 West.  Paraphernalia and marijuana were located in the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Brandice Lavender, 19 of Houston, and passenger, Nathan Page, 21 of De Soto, were both arrested and charged with Possession Marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
