BRENHAM LAWYER SERVES AS DIRECTOR FOR STATE BAR COURSE

A Brenham lawyer recently participated in a live webcast for the 23rd annual Texas State Bar course entitled “Building Blocks of Wills, Estates, and Probate."
R. Hal Moorman, who is a partner locally with Moorman Tate LLP, served as course director and one of the panelists.
This was Moorman’s 18th year to serve as director. He was recognized last year by The Best Lawyers in America as “Lawyer of the Year” for his work in Trusts and Estates in the Houston area.
The live webcast was held on January 28, and will be replayed on February 23 and March 11.
The course was sponsored by the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
The seminar included outlines for attorneys to keep up to date on the fundamentals of estate planning, probate, elder law, and practice management.
