TWO SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT THIS WEEK

  

Two people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court by Judge Carson Campbell this week.

Kwadareus Chapel, 28 of Chappell Hill, had his probation adjudicated and after a hearing was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for a 2017 Possession of Controlled Substance conviction.

Anavictoria Desiree Kimpel, 18 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication for Burglary of a Building.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, $3800 in restitution, stay away from Stop and Buy, and perform 200 hours of community service.
