ONE PERSON ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

One person was arrested Friday evening on Marijuana charges.
Brenham Police report that Friday at 10:25 PM, officers with the performed a traffic stop at the 1900 block of FM 389 on a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, the driver identified as Victor Manuel Pena, 20 of Brenham, was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 oz.
