FIRST SMALL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEUR SERIES SET FOR APRIL 12

  

Brenham/Washington County Economic Development will be holding the first of their monthly presentations as part of their new Small Business and Entrepreneur Series.

The session, which is going to discuss customer service, will be held Tuesday, April 12, from 6:30-8pm at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.

The guest speaker is Texas A&M Assistant Professor of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences, Dr. Courtney Suess-Raeisinafchi, who is also with TX Friendly Hospitality.

Participants will learn up to date hospitality habits that aim to improve customer service skills that lead to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The session is free and open to all Washington County businesses.

They do ask that you RSVP no later than Monday, April 11, at noon. RSVP’s can be sent by e-mail to economicdev@cityofbrenham.org.

Future sessions include “Writing a Business Plan” on May 10, and “Financial and Contingency Planning” on June 14.
