BRENHAM ISD OFFERING TOUR OF CURRENT JR HIGH
The Brenham ISD will hold a meeting this (Wednesday) evening on the upcoming bond election. A public meeting will be held beginning at 5:30 in the Brenham Junior High School Cafeteria. Officials will discuss the campus projects that will be funded by the bond, and how the District’s tax rate will be affected. Following the meeting a tour will be offered of the current Junior High which will be replaced with a new six through 8 grade campus. I took a tour during my Washington County Leadership class a couple of months ago. It was literally stepping back in time. The bathrooms the walls the classrooms hadn’t changed a bit since I attended school there in 99/2000. Definitely needs an upgrade!
