WANDA SMITH TO SPEAK AT CHAMBER LUNCHEON APRIL 28
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to their 8th Annual Administrative Professionals’ Appreciation Luncheon.
The Luncheon is being held Thursday, April 28, at 11:30am in the Banquet Room of the Blinn College Brenham Campus Student Center.
Brenham Elementary School Teacher Wanda Smith will be featured speaker.
Smith was featured last year on the Today Show with Jenna Bush Hager during Teacher Appreciation Week.
She told her inspiring story about starting out as a bus monitor and custodian, eventually getting her bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State, and becoming a teacher.
Individual tickets are available at a cost of $25 each, and they need to be purchased by Thursday, April 21.
The Chamber also has Corporate Table Sponsorships for $250, and Exhibit Table Sponsorships available for $100.
