SIX PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Six people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court this week.
Taylor Grzyb, 29 of Tyler, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info between 10 and 50. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Rachel Lynn Graciano, 33 of Brenham, was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for Credit or Debit Card Abuse. She was also ordered to pay $60 in restitution.
Jason Jabarea Turner, 34 of San Antonio, 365 days in state jail for Theft of Property between $2500 and $30,000. He was also ordered to pay $2755 in restitution.
Tandrick Deshun Ragston, 29 of Tyler, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
Gwendolyn Rena Chambers, 61 of Brenham was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Injury to a Disabled Individual or Criminal Recklessness. She was also ordered to perform 200 hours community service, and not work as a caretaker.
Sidney Johnson, Jr., 46 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Tampering with a Government Record. He was also ordered to pay $8,843 in restitution and perform 100 hours of community service.
4 years in prison for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info But … Probation for Injury to a Disabled Individual I dont understand that at all
