TWO HOUSTON MEN ARRESTED FOR OUTSANDING WARRANTS

  

Two Houston men were arrested for Outstanding Warrants in separate incidents this weekend.

Brenham Police report that early Saturday morning at 1:45 Officers initiated a traffic stop near the 3000 block of Highway 290 East.  An investigation was conducted and a passenger, identified as James Edward Brown Jr., 46 of Houston, was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Harris County for Falsify Drug Test Results. Brown was transported to Washington County Jail where he was booked in and released to Jail Staff.

Then Sunday afternoon at 3:30, Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 2100 Block of Highway 290 West. Investigation revealed the driver, Edwin Gaudencio Blanco, 33 of Houston, was taken into custody on a warrant out of Travis County for DWI.
