BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON MUTIPLE CHARGES

  

A Brenham man was arrested early Tuesday morning after Police observed him on property he had a criminal trespass warning for.

Brenham Police report that early Tuesday, at 12:30, Officers observed a male identified as, Jason Daywayne Randle, 41 of Brenham walk onto a property in the 800 block of West Second Street to which Officers know Randle has a Criminal Trespass Warning for.  Officers checked it out and Randle was placed in custody for Criminal Trespass. While conducting a search of his person several bags of marijuana was located in his pocket. Randle was booked in for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 Oz.
