RECKLESS DRIVER REPORT LEADS TO POLICE CHASE

  

A report of a reckless driver led to a Police Chase Thursday.

Brenham Police report that Thursday evening at 6:20, Officers were dispatched to the area of South Austin Street and East Tom Green Street, in reference to a person Reckless Driving. The Suspect Vehicle was located and the driver fled from Officers with the vehicle being eventually spiked.  Investigation revealed that the driver, Joshua Wallace, 43 of Brenham, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Wallace was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and Fleeing from Police Officers.  Wallace was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
