HOUDINA BELLE NAMED PET OF THE WEEK; FEES WAIVED ON ADOPTIONS SATURDAY

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named Houdina Belle as its Pet of the Week.

Houdina Belle is a spayed pointer mix who is a couple of years old.  She came to the shelter after her previous caretaker passed away, and is searching for a new perfect match.

Brenham Animal Services says Houdina Belle knows what it is like to live in a home and is ready to share a home again.  Shelter staff members say she is calm with an endearing personality.

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center will participate in the Best Friends National Adoption Weekend this Saturday.  The shelter will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, and all adoption fees will be waived.
