The Washington County Ladies Lions Club and Brenham Evening Lions Club installed officers during the clubs’ annual joint installation service on Tuesday.

District 2-S5 Governor David Sahm installed a new president for the Ladies Lions, Linda Kocian, as well as the Evening Lions, Mike McIntyre.  Other officers were also installed.

Past International Director Joe Al Picone awarded two International Presidential Certificates of Appreciation to Ladies Lions members Thresia Schlabach and Linda Oberhoff.  Per Picone, they are the fourth highest awards by the International President.

Picone also presented a Melvin Jones Fellowship to past Evening Lions president Nicole Cook.
