WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 40 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury meet on Tuesday and returned 40 indictments.

Marcus Dewayne Brisco, 44 of Brenham, was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone, by a Repeat Offender, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Repeat Offender.

Einn Xzavier Donald, 30 of Cypress, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Perryetta Luyre Escobar, 42 of Brenham, was indicted for Assaulting a Public Servant.

Hector Raul Flores, 22 of Bellville, was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Christopher Jefferson, 30 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Billy Joe Mathis, Jr., 29 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 counts of Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000 and 2 counts of Fraudulent Use of Identify Information.

Dylan Laine McCoy, 17 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Building.

Destne McMahan, 32 of Cleveland, Texas, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Samantha Rochelle Phoenix, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Fraud Use or Possession of Identifying Info, and two counts of Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.

Robert Kevin Randall, 31 of Austin, was indicted for Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon and Attempting to Tamper with Physical Evidence.

Aaron Reid, 39 of Houston, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

Fabian Parker Willis, 21 of Houston, was indicted for 2 counts of Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.

12 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, they are: Eric Trent Allison, 32 of Houston, Nikki Andrade, 28 of Burton, Joshua Bryan, 31 of Brenham, Walter Louis Charles, 41 of Brenham, Charles Carson Lowder, 58 of Somerville, Alfredo Pena, 35 of Brenham, Alx Perez-Arguello, 21 of Houston, Jerome Joaquin Rios, 48 of Brenham, Lakrista Marie Rodriguez, 41 of Brenham, Darryl Shular, 58 of Brenham, Christopher Spangle, 55 of Burton, and Adam Stacy Thompson, 36 of Somerville.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released.

Amy Jozwiak, 48 of Brenham, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info.

Brooke Ripple, 29 of Burton, was indicted for Criminal Mischief of between $2,500 and $30,000.
