COOK OFF SHOWDOWN SEPT. 30-OCT. 2 IN ROUND TOP
A weekend of cooking, vendors, live music and fellowship is coming to The Compound in Round Top.
Taking place from September 30th to October 2nd is the inaugural Colorado Valley Chili Pod and Harvey's Texas Style BBQ Seasoning Cook Off Showdown.
Cooking categories include jackpot margaritas, steak shootout, CASI Chili, junior chili, jackpot salsa, jackpot open beans, chicken, ribs, brisket, and a breakfast casserole-off.
Cash prizes will go to the top contestants. The cook-off benefits the Lone Survivor Foundation.
The Compound is located at 2550 Highway 237.
