BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASS

A Brenham man was arrested Monday night on a trespassing charge.
Shortly before 9 p.m., Brenham Police Officer Armando Guerra responded to the 300 block of North Chappell Hill Street in reference to a disturbance.
After investigation, 78-year-old Maurice Johnson was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass after it was found he had returned to the location despite being warned earlier in the day not to do so.
Johnson was transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in and released to jail staff.
