BURTON LADY PANTHERS FINISHED UNBEATEN IN DISTRICT WITH SWEEP OVER MILANO
The Burton Lady Panther Volleyball Team finished district with a perfect 8-0 record after sweeping Milano 3-0 last (Tuesday) night.
Burton won the sets 25-22, 25-15, and 25-17.
Liesha Aguilar had 10 kills, Paige Fritsch added 20 digs, Kelsie Hohlt joined in with 13 digs, Victoria Wiesepape added 18 digs, and Mycah Simank dished out 22 assists.
The Lady Panthers have scheduled a warmup game against Brazos Christian for Friday.
They will then face Holland in the bi-district round Tuesday night in Giddings. The start time is 6:30pm.
Tickets are $5 for adults, and $3 for students. Coaches Association and district passes are accepted.
