CUBETTES AVENGE ONLY DISTRICT LOSS WITH A 3-1 VICTORY OVER COLLEGE STATION
The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team wrapped up district play with a three sets to one victory over College Station last (Tuesday) night.
Brenham won the first two sets 25-19 and 25-15. College Station came back and won the third set 25-23. However, the Cubettes wrapped it up by winning the fourth set 25-23.
Brooke Bentke had 24 kills, Sienna Kelm had 14 digs, Kristen Kuehn finished with 19 digs, Charli Crowson dished out 21 assists and had 12 digs, and Averi Frazier chipped in with 13 assists.
Brenham improves to 32-12 overall and finishes district with a 13-1 record. College Station finishes in third place with a 10-4 district record.
The Cubettes will face Killeen Chaparral in the bi-district round on Tuesday, November 1, at 6pm at Taylor High School.
