TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED ON ASSAULT CHARGES

  

Two people were arrested Saturday in separate incidents on assault charges.

Brenham police report that Saturday night at 10:10, Officer Eric Crosby responded to 2200 block of South Market Street, in reference to a disturbance. Upon completing the investigation, Juan Jose Hernandez Jr. 36 of Richmond, was placed into custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Unlawful Restraint, and making a Terroristic Threat.  Hernandez was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.

Then Saturday night at 11:30, Officer Buckner was dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Mary Gene Street. Upon arrival, information was gathered, and it was confirmed a physical altercation occurred. Michael Angel Arguello, 22 of Spring, was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
