BRENHAM CUBS SET AREA ROUND PLAYOFF
The Brenham Cubs (7-4) are looking at a rematch with the Belton Tigers (9-2) for the Area Round of the playoffs.
The Cubs beat Belton 42-7 back in the second week of the current season.
They now meet again for the Area Championship this Friday at 7:30pm at Merrill Green Stadium in Bryan. KWHI will have live coverage beginning with the pregame at 7pm on 1280AM, 101.7 FM, and KWHI.com.
The winner faces the Austin LBJ-Port Neches Groves winner in the Region Quarterfinals.
