BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION

A Brenham man was arrested Monday evening for Public Intoxication.
Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 6:30, Cpl. Jimmy Ha responded to the 100 block of West Main Street in reference to a narcotics complaint. Cpl. Ha made contact with Marvin Dewayne Jones, 41 of Brenham, whom was found to be intoxicated in and public place as well as in possession of marijuana. Jones showed to have three prior convictions for Public Intoxication when checked. Jones was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for Public Intoxication with 3 Prior Convictions and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
