CHRISTMAS STROLL LINEUP ANNOUNCED
Main Street Brenham has announced the event lineup for The Christmas Stroll on Saturday, December 3.
It all begins that morning at 8:30am with a showing of the short film, “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” at the Historic Simon Theatre.
Tickets are free, but seats must be reserved in advance by going to www.jingle.cityofbrenham.org.
Then, at 9am, it is Breakfast with Santa. Kids can join Santa in the Bullock Ballroom at the Barnhill Center for pancakes. Tickets are $10 per person and reservations are required by going to www.tickets.cityofbrenham.org.
Later that evening at 5pm, the Girl Scout Troop will be at the Washington County Courthouse Square for the annual lighting of the Christmas Trees and to do some caroling.
That will be followed by the Lighted Christmas Parade through Downtown Brenham starting at 6pm. This year’s theme is “A Storybook Christmas Tree.”
After the parade, you can Sit with Santa at the Courthouse Gazebo, enjoy s’mores at the HEB S’mores Bar, or take a ride downtown in the 1950 Invader Fire Truck at the Brenham Fire Museum on the corner of Alamo and Market Streets.
